If you are looking for the perfect venue for your event, then our free-of-charge* venue-finding service is what you need.
We will take a brief from you over the phone or email and put together a proposal with a minimum of three suitable options for you to consider.
Once you have seen the proposal, we will answer any queries, arrange site visits, confirm details and check draft contracts.
You then sign the contract and we put you in touch with the venue for finalising details.
*This service is free of charge for bookings worth £3,000 or more.

We’re always on the lookout for the best venues out there, and this one is a real gem. Hannah recently visited the @nationaltheatreevents space `Buffini Chao Deck,` a stunning rooftop event space sitting above the South Bank of the Thames.
With breathtaking panoramic views across London, a wrap-around riverside terrace and a large flexible event space, it’s an incredible setting for conferences, drinks receptions, private dining, weddings, summer parties and Christmas celebrations.
The specs are just as impressive, state-of-the-art lighting and AV from the National Theatre’s own technical teams, endless entertainment possibilities and fantastic food and drink options, from canapés and bowl food to street food and modern British dishes.

The concert was led by the Hall’s official organist Anna Lapwood, joined by an incredible line-up including Jess Gillam, Rusanda Panfili and Katie Melua.
The evening blended film scores, classical organ pieces and beautiful vocals, including a moving collaboration with the Pembroke College Girls’ Choir.
