Running an event and don’t know where to start?
Be it overall logistics, delegate registration, agenda design, transport, creative ideas, production, theming or table plans: if you need that extra pair of hands to get it done, just pick up the phone and use Sunflower as an extension of your own team.
When we have received your event brief, we will assess the work required and provide a quote for the job, based on the number of days and level of event support you require. Any items we outsource for you are charged at cost with a management fee for our time.

Sunflower Event Team offers virtual event management, too. We can support you to translate the elements of your ‘in person’ event into an interactive virtual experience, with genuine participation for online attendees. See the Virtual Events page for more details.

Not every guest wants to be photographed or filmed at an event, and that’s completely understandable 🌻
Whether it’s for privacy, safety or personal preference, making guests feel comfortable should always be part of the event experience.
If full event-wide filming permission and signage isn’t possible, there are still simple ways to help accommodate these preferences thoughtfully and clearly.
For example:
✨ Seating guests towards the back of the room where possible
✨ Using coloured badges or lanyards to discreetly identify guests who would prefer not to appear on camera
Small considerations like these can make a big difference and help ensure every guest feels respected, informed and comfortable throughout the event!
